Frank V Monte (also known as Frank V. Monte and Frank Monte) has lived a journey painted with profound shades of both heartache and hope. From the trauma of being kidnapped at seven to the immeasurable loss of his parents, each chapter of his life unfolds with struggles that would break most people. Yet against all odds, his spirit never faltered.

He found strength in vulnerability — embracing the difficulties that shaped him rather than allowing them to define his existence. Through adoption, addiction, federal pursuit, wrongful imprisonment, and reinvention, Frank transformed challenges into the foundation for a new life.

Founder

Frank V Monte & Bond Auto Glass

Frank V Monte founded Bond Auto Glass in 2015 after a personal experience with windshield replacement exposed a lack of transparency in the auto glass industry. What began as frustration over a cracked windshield became a mission to put people over process.

Just Plain Lucky

It started when a rock bounced up and cracked the windshield on Frank's brand-new vehicle. A call to his insurance card's glass claims line led to repeated warranty visits — five different technicians, none able to fix a persistent wind noise. Only on the sixth visit did technician Mikel identify the real issue: factory moldings were required. Mikel solved the problem in minutes.

People Over Process

Months later, Mikel appeared at Frank's door — injured after a car accident and no longer employed. After listening for hours about Mikel's experience and the monopolistic behavior in the industry, Frank knew it was his calling to stand up for those who are vulnerable.

Bond Was Born

Frank named the company Bond Auto Glass for three reasons: the bond he formed with Mikel, the bond a windshield has to a vehicle's frame, and the bond the company would build with every customer through transparency and truth.

Since its inception in 2015, Bond Auto Glass has become a shining light of transparency in Central Florida — operating across 10 counties, averaging about 400 installs per week, and continuously growing despite constant industry pressure.
